How long does shipping typically take?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat return shipping fee.
Is assembly required for Neighbor furniture?
Some assembly is required, but we design our pieces to be intuitive and easy to put together. All necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions are included in every box.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all furniture frames and a 5-year fade-resistance warranty on our Sunbrella upholstery.
Can I purchase replacement cushions or covers?
Absolutely. We offer individual cushion covers and foam inserts for purchase so you can refresh the look of your space or replace components as needed over time.
